You may also use eTG online - connect from your Library's website.

eTG Complete is an app that requires an activation token. Download the app to your mobile. Apple IOS Android Google Play Request a token from a link below (one token per person). Use your Health email address. Renew a token if you change your mobile device and whenever the publisher requires you to update (link below). Use your Health email address. To download the app for offline use, click the cloud icon in the app, go to the settings menu and select "use the app offline". eTG download uses 200Mb on your device. Having problems?
