There are many discovery options to help you find articles on a topic.

Always search from a Library link (even free sources such as PubMed and GoogleScholar).  Why?  Because the Library 'Get it @ E/SMHS' link is embedded and you will be able to click through to paywalled full text.

Alternative (quick) pathways to get paywalled full text - try a bookmarklet or the LibKey Nomad browser extension – note the caveats – why this may not always work.

    what happens, what is the outcome
