There are currently no known access issues. If you are having trouble accessing our online resources, please follow these steps:

1. Clear Your Browser Cache

  • Windows: Press Ctrl+Shift+Del on your keyboard while your browser is open.
  • Mac: Press Command+Shift+Delete on your keyboard while your browser is open.
  • Select Time range: All time from the drop-down menu.
  • Check everything in the list, except for Passwords and Autofill.
  • Click the Clear now button.
  • Open a new browser window or tab and try accessing the resources again.

If clearing your cache does not resolve the issue, please email the library. Include the following information in your message:

  • Your HE number.
  • A brief description of the issue you’re encountering.
