Current access issues

AusDI - Access Issue

Date: 27/03/2025

Issue: Some Apple mobile devices are experiencing issues on the AusDI mobile site, where certain pages may not load properly or allow scrolling beyond a specific point.

Workaround: If you are using an iPhone and experience this issue whilst using the mobile website, please access the desktop site via the link on the AusDI mobile homepage (see screenshot). This will allow you to use the desktop site from your iPhone.

Current Status: Reported to vendor.

Therapeutic Guidelines - Access Issue

Issue: We are currently experiencing intermittent access issues with Therapeutic Guidelines. If you encounter any problems, please report them by sending us an email. Please include the following details:

  • Your HE number
  • How you are accessing it (e.g., onsite, offsite, mobile, or PC)
  • An overview of the issue

Current Status: We are actively working with the vendor to resolve any reported issues.
