Apps and Mobile Options to View Library Resources

All  subscribed resources can be viewed from mobile devices as most will dynamically resize.

Some resources display better with mobile specific apps.  Most require wifi or a data plan for access.  Occasional re-authentication will be required from a Library link.

eTG and Micromedex download to your device (no wifi or data connection is needed when using them).  Updates will flow through when connected to a network and occasional re-authentication will be required from a Library link.

AusDi The AusDI website is optimised for mobile devices.
Register on the AusDI site from the Library link and then use the mobile optimised website with the login credentials you have created.
BMJ Best Practice Create an account from the Library link.  
Download the app and use the credentials you have set up to login to the app.

BrowZine BrowZine is an app that allows you to access and browse e-journals from different publishers in one simple interface. Use BrowZine to track new issues as they are published.
BrowZine's LibKey Chrome browser extension embeds an icon into publisher webpages, that connects you seamlessly to full text.

ClinicalKey Register and create an account from the Library link (top right hand of the screen).  
Download the app and use the credentials you have set up to login to the app. DO NOT select 'Organizational Login'.

Therapeutic Guidelines

eTG Complete is an app that requires an activation token.  Register with your WA Health email address.  One token per staff member.
Download the app to your mobile device - Apple IOS or  Android Google Play
Request a token from this link (one token per person). 
Renew your token if you change devices and whenever the publisher requires an update.
To download content for offline use, click the cloud icon in the app, go to the settings menu and select  "use the app offline".  eTG download uses 200Mb on your device.  eTG FAQs.
If you have having problems renewing your token, contact TG and provide them with your WA Health email address so they can assist you.

Micromedex Micromedex has five modules with apps (drug ref, drug interactions, IV compatability, NeoFax, Pediatrics)  - go to the resources link to download them.
MIMS Online Follow the instructions from this link to use the MIMS app.

StatRef Follow the instructions from the link to use the StatRef app.
UpToDate Anywhere Register (top right of the screen) to get login details for the app. To maintain access you must re-verify your organisational affiliation every 90 days.  More on this from UpToDate
If you have problems with your username or password, contact UpToDate directly (the Library cannot help with this).
