How to Log in to the Library Site

The Library site will link to available resources without requiring a login if you are onsite in an EMHS or SMHS facility.

If you are an EMHS or SMHS employee and are having problems logging in to online resources when located offsite from the EMHS or SMHS network, there are three possible reasons. 

  • Are you trying to use your Health email address as your username?  Don't do this, you only need to put in your network identifier - he##.
  • Your network password may have expired (you don't need a separate password for the Library site - only for the forms site - see below).  
  • Your IT account  may not have been tagged to show you belong in the EMHS / SMHS Library group (EZproxy Group - SM for SMHS staff and RP for EMHS staff)

Only WA Health Support Services (or the IT help desk for FSH staff) is able to assist with these issues.  Contact HSS on 13 44 77 or the FSH IT Help Desk on 6152 1111.  It is possible to reset your network password online through the staff portal (see Self Service Password Reset), IF you have registered for self-service password reset.

Library Forms Site

There are two sites used by the Library - this Library website itself and the Forms site where all requests for service are logged.

When requesting items through the forms site, login using your WA Health email address and the password you chose when you registered. If you can't recall the password it is possible to do a reset.
