If you have a PC or laptop that uses Bitdefender, it may block connections through the Library's proxy server. The link shows how to add the following exception to allow connections to Library resources.
Do you work for EMHS / SMHS? Only staff employed by EMHS and SMHS are licensed to use online resources.
Do you have an active Health IT account and password? Authentication happens using your standard IT credentials. Check you are NOT using your Health email address as your user name - note the instructions to only use your username.
If you are should have access but are still having problems, it could be because your IT account has not been set up to allow Library access. Use our form to report problems.
