When reporting your systematic review, it should be clear why the review was done, what you did (how you searched for, screened and selected studies) and what you found (the results).
The easiest way to ensure your systematic review is transparent and replicable is to report your review in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020. They have developed a simple checklist that can be followed to ensure you are reporting everything necessary for a transparent and complete review. There are also extensions to guide in condensing your review for a journal or conference abstract, and for reporting of the search methodology.
Note: Your chosen publication may also have specific reporting requirements or guidelines so it's a good idea to check that too.
