Access is controlled by the WA Health identity management system. Your IT account should be configured to allow you access automatically.
When prompted, login with your Health IT number - NOT the email@example.com and your usual network password that you use to login at work.
If you have problems, the Library staff can investigate - contact us. We are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Possible causes may be: your IT account may need to be reset; your IT account may not have been set up correctly; using CAPS lock when entering information.
If you need to reset your password, that has to be done by HSS. Either call 13 44 77 or reset your password online through the WA Health staff portal.
