How to Log in to the Library Site

Resources on the Library site are available for any staff member employed by SMHS or EMHS (in order to comply with publisher licence agreements) and will connect without requiring a login if you are onsite in an SMHS or EMHS facility. When off-site you will need to login as required by the login screen with your WA Health IT credentials.

If you are an SMHS or EMHS employee and are having problems logging in to online resources when connecting outside of the EMHS or SMHS network, there are three possible reasons. 

  1. Are you typing your WA Health email address as your username? 
  • You need to type your HE number and password
  1. Your network password may have expired, or your account is locked
  • Contact WA Health Support Services 13 44 77
  1. Your IT account may not be linked to the SMHS / EMHS Library group

 

Library Forms Site

There are two sites used by the Library - this Library website itself and the Forms site where all requests for service are logged.

When requesting items through the forms site, login using your WA Health email address and the password you chose when you registered. If you can't recall the password it is possible to do a reset.
