Claire (with support from Cheryl and Bethwyn) was amazing in supporting/conducting my search for a systematic review. She was prompt, fantastic to communicate with and clearly very thorough in her search strategy. The service provided by the SE library team was far above anything I expected and exceptional. My research team were also amazed at the service provided. Even with substantial training, there is no way I could have performed such an extensive search. An incredibly valuable service for us clinician/researchers to have access to.
Very grateful for the service.

Literature Search Survey Results 2017

The pdf document called 'survey results May 2017' was an amalgamation of several different surveys:

  • Responses to a literature search service survey - 'what's the value to you'?
  • Responses to a training session feedback survey following a group training session delivered at RPH.
  • Responses to a library alerts service (Mailchimp based mailouts).
  • A brief satisfaction survey on the Library in general run in February 2017.
