Claire (with support from Cheryl and Bethwyn) was amazing in supporting/conducting my search for a systematic review. She was prompt, fantastic to communicate with and clearly very thorough in her search strategy. The service provided by the SE library team was far above anything I expected and exceptional. My research team were also amazed at the service provided. Even with substantial training, there is no way I could have performed such an extensive search. An incredibly valuable service for us clinician/researchers to have access to.
